Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential customers for Land Auditors' real estate and land-related services.
• Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and explain clearly.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert qualified prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth handling of customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
• Stay updated about the company's services and the real estate/land market.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 13 years of experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in real estate, property, land services or related industries will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in speaking with customers and handling sales conversations.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls and basic computer applications.
