Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Prime Medical Company Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our customer base in the healthcare sector. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing, agile, and rewarding environment.

What you'll be doing

• Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, private clinics, and key customers to drive repeat and expansion business
• Presenting and demonstrating cutting-edge medical technologies sourced from around the world, showcasing their features and benefits
• Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer concerns or issues in a timely manner
• Collaborating with our small, agile team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting on performance metrics

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential, a genuine passion for medical technology, and a proactive attitude are also warmly welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with doctors, hospital staff, and decision-makers.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with the local market and understanding of customer needs.
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, with Mandarin being an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Passion for new technology and a strong desire to learn.
