About the role

Join Sunbond Optix Ltd as a full-time Sales Specialist based in Kwun Tong District. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to provide expert advice to customers
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of customer projects
• Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to expand the customer base
• Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to help improve processes and offerings

• Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the sales industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals
• Driven and competitive with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
