Job Description: Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to handle B2B sales of scientific materials, specialty chemicals, and research products. The candidate will be responsible for lead management, customer communication, generating sales opportunities, and supporting business growth through phone, email, and online interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product information and solutions.
• Follow up with prospective customers, prepare quotations, and support the sales conversion process.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate internal teams for order processing and customer support.

Requirements:

• Graduate qualification preferred.
• Experience in inside sales, B2B sales, telesales, or customer handling will be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• A basic understanding of scientific products, chemicals, or industrial products is preferred.
