Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Meet potential customers and understand their energy requirements.
• Present and explain solar energy solutions, products, and pricing.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and project execution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation are preferred.
