Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with minimum 2 years experience as Sales Engineer / Sales Project / Business Development.
- Have experience in tender & project with PLN / EPC / B2B / B2G.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role with high mobility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident, polite, and professional when dealing with clients.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in English for basic business communication (advanced level is a plus).
- Willingness to work at Jakarta & Cikarang and ready to join immediately.
