Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Promote and sell viscose filament yarn to weavers, traders, and textile manufacturers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and payments.
• Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely order execution.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor pricing, and customer feedback.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Textile background preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in yarn, textile, or filament yarn sales.
• Knowledge of Viscose Filament Yarn is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/CRM preferred).
