Sales Executive

A Carpet Salesperson assists customers in selecting carpets, rugs, flooring materials, and related products that meet their needs, preferences, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist customers in the showroom or retail store.
2. Recommend suitable carpet, rug, and flooring products based on customer requirements.
3. Explain product features, materials, durability, pricing, and maintenance.
4. Measure customer requirements and prepare quotations or estimates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is an advantage.
• Previous experience in retail sales, flooring, furniture, or interior products preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours if required.
