Responsibilities

• Procure materials and essential supplies required for daily operations.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing
• Maintain stock records, inventory levels, and proper storage of materials
• Create indents and generate purchase orders through ERP system
• Maintain purchase records, bills, and documentation in ERP
• Oversee day-to-day canteen operations, hygiene, and food quality
• Monitor consumption patterns and control wastage
• Handle general administrative activities and facility coordination
• Manage and supervise canteen staff and support manpower
• Ensure proper duty allocation, attendance, and discipline of staff
• MIS report making.

Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to provide support to the Sales Marketing department of SOEX Flora Limited (Fazlani Group of Companies)

Requirements

• Graduate (preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admin/purchase/stores/canteen operations
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems for indenting and purchase orders
• Experience in manpower handling and basic administration
• Good coordination, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in a structured and responsible manner
