About the Role

We are a premium florist looking for a smart, attentive, and results-driven sales executive (female) fluent in Russian and Arabic (mandatory). You will be the face of our brand—serving high-end international clients with elegance and a can-do attitude.

This role requires previous florist experience. You will not just sell flowers—you will understand them, advise on designs, and ensure every arrangement meets luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise walk-in clients, phone calls, and online inquiries in English, Russian, and Arabic
• Use your florist experience to recommend flowers, styles, and arrangements based on client needs (events, gifts, corporate, weddings)
• Upsell premium products – luxury vases, larger arrangements, same-day delivery upgrades
• Manage client follow-ups (birthdays, anniversaries, corporate re-orders) using CRM/WhatsApp
• Coordinate with design team on order timing and quality control
• Maintain a clean, elegant, and welcoming shop floor
• Handle last-minute requests with a positive, can-do attitude (e.g., same-day changes, urgent deliveries)

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory:

• Florist experience – you have worked in a flower shop or floral studio (minimum 1 year)
• Fluent in Russian, Arabic, and English (spoken & written)
• Elegant & presentable – you take pride in your appearance and represent our luxury brand
• Can-do attitude – no task is too small; you solve problems, not create them
• Proven sales ability – you listen, advise, and close
• Attentive and polished – you notice small details that create 5-star experiences
• Tech-savvy (POS, WhatsApp Business, basic social media)

Compensation & Incentives

• Base salary – paid weekly/monthly
• Performance-based incentives—earn extra for:
• Achieving monthly sales targets
• Upselling premium items
• Securing repeat corporate clients
• Receiving 5-star client reviews (especially in Russian/Arabic)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
