Sales Executive

About the role

CHEMIEDIS SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Klang Selangor, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base within the latex/chemical industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
3. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
4. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new client projects
6. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth avenues
7. Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What we're looking for

1. 2-3 years of relevant experience in new business development, preferably within the latex/chemical industry
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating new business
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
4. Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
5. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
6. Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
