Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers and build strong, trust-based relationships
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and purchase timelines
• Deliver personalized project presentations and curated site visit experiences
• Convert enquiries into visits and visits into successful closures
• Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline with timely follow-ups
• Ensure accurate documentation and updates in CRM/ERP systems
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance) for smooth closures
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer insights

Key Metrics:

• Lead-to-sale conversion ratio
• Sales cycle time (~45 days)
• Revenue/booking targets
• Site visit to closure ratio
• Customer experience / satisfaction

Candidate Profile

• 5-15 years of experience in direct or consultative sales
• Experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality, or high-value products preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Customer-first mindset with high ownership and drive
