Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

Represent the company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.

Build relations across services via E-Mail and call, along with managing relationships with existing key clients.

Maintaining MIS and analyzing existing database to enhance market penetration.

Work efficiently across various teams to resolve issues raised and ensure timely, apt and quality resolutions to customers.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and improve operational processes, reducing downtime and enhancing productivity.

Analyze large sets of operational and customer data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships by engaging with existing customers, identify their needs and pitch how our products & services meet their expectations.
