About the role
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday
Off Days: Monday and Tuesday
This role is suitable for someone who is hardworking, punctual, accountable and comfortable speaking with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on incoming sales leads
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and our CRM system
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Follow the company's sales process and close sales
- Assist customers with product information, pricing and promotions
- Work towards individual and company sales targets
- Provide good customer service throughout the sales process
About you
- Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone and WhatsApp
- Good communication skills
- Hardworking and willing to learn
- Punctual and responsible
- Positive attitude and able to work independently
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Able to work Wednesday to Sunday
