Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners

• Conduct client meetings both virtually and in person, including regular sales visits

• Present, demonstrate, and promote company products and solutions effectively

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service packages to achieve mutually beneficial agreements

• Assist in planning, leading, and executing regional sales and marketing activities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

• Work closely with dealers and manage the local sales team to drive performance

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and customer needs

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and reports

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and performance reports to management

• Provide technical information and product support to clients

• Address customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in sales, preferably in industrial equipment or machinery
• Knowledge of generators and machinery will be an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Remark

Basic Salary: S$5,000 per month for the first 3 months (training/probation period).

Thereafter:

Basic Salary: S$3,000 per month

2% commission on sales transactions.

1% commission on rental transactions.

An additional 1% commission will be awarded for monthly sales exceeding S$100,000, payable biannually, subject to the Company's commission policy.
