Sales Executive

About the role

As a Sales Executive at Hottemp (M) Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with new and existing customers. This full-time position is based on Penang Island, Penang, and will be crucial in achieving the company's strategic sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Manage and maintain an active pipeline of potential customers
• Engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and provide solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to both individual and group customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Provide excellent customer service and support to build long-term relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and account management
• Continuously seek to expand your product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends

About you

• Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the sales industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative and solutions-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
• Candidates with ESD-related knowledge will be highly preferred
