What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound patient inquiries and convert consultations into bookings
- Explain Lasik/eye-care procedures, pricing, and packages to prospective patients
- Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations
- Maintain CRM records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales/conversion targets
Preferred candidate profile
- 0-2 years in sales, healthcare sales, or telesales (healthcare/wellness/aesthetic industry preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with target-based, incentive-driven roles
- Must be based in Gurugram/Delhi NCR
