Sales Executive

Role & responsibilitie

[ ] Visit paint shops, hardware stores, dealers and traders regularly to generate new business.

[ ] Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

[ ] Identify new customers and expand the companys customer base.

[ ] Generate sales leads and convert them into regular orders.

[ ] Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.

[ ] Take customer orders and coordinate with the office/godown for timely dispatch.

[ ] Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and payments.

[ ] Introduce and explain the company’s products, pricing and offers to customers.

[ ] Monitor competitor prices, products and market activities.

[ ] Collect market feedback and share it with management.

[ ] Ensure regular follow-up with customers to increase repeat orders.

[ ] Maintain daily records of customer visits, enquiries, orders and follow-ups.

[ ] Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for quick resolution.

[ ] Work towards increasing sales and expanding business in the assigned area.

[ ] Maintain professional behaviour and good relationships with customers.

[ ] Submit daily/weekly sales and field-visit reports to management
