Sales Executive

About the role

PT DOCHANGE TRADING INDONESIA is a startup company from Hangzhou, China, currently developing its business in Indonesia. We focus on helping B2B manufacturers from China expand into Indonesia through digital marketing, customer development, and local sales support. Our goal is to make the process of entering the Indonesian market more transparent, more connected, and more easily realizable for B2B manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Search for new local clients (B2B)
• Follow up on prospective customers (leads from the Hangzhou team)
• Conduct customer visits, product introductions, price quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups
• Maintain client relationships, drive sales performance, and increase repeat orders
• Record customer data and provide feedback on the local market

About you

• Experienced in B2B sales, particularly in the machinery/construction industry (watermeter & stainless steel waterpipe)
• Competent in acquiring new customers and willing to develop new markets
• Able to communicate in English
• High sales motivation and desire to earn substantial income
• High initiative, results-oriented, honest, and responsible
• Able to handle work pressure, conduct field visits, and local business travel
