Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and market development for the Surgical Innovation (SI) portfolio across Goa and Coastal Maharashtra.
• Promote products including Sutures, Stapling, Energy, Electrosurgery, Hernia, and Advanced Surgical Solutions.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, OT staff, biomedical engineers, and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide clinical support during surgeries and conduct product demonstrations.
• Execute marketing campaigns, training programs, CMEs, and medical conferences.
• Identify new business opportunities and support government tender activities.
• Manage key accounts, track market trends, and achieve territory sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
