Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation, Data Mining, and Business Development.
• Managing client relations and meetings.
• Maintaining records in Google Sheets.
• Sales calling to new and existing customers.
• Checking and approving final Quotations and Proforma Invoices.
• Tracking changes requested by clients after confirmation.
• Checking Bill of Material (BOM) and coordinating with the factory.
• Confirming finalized orders and forwarding them to the factory.
• Involvement in the complete cycle: Sales - Logistics - Delivery - Assembly.
• Generating and qualifying leads.
• Sourcing and developing client referrals.
• Preparing sales action plans and strategies.
• Scheduling sales activities.
• Maintaining a customer database.
• Preparing and maintaining sales & promotional material.
• Conducting direct marketing activities.
• Making sales calls to potential and existing clients.
• Creating and presenting company product and service presentations.
• Negotiating with clients.
• Preparing and submitting sales proposals.

Required Skills:

• Email & WhatsApp Campaigns
• Good English communication with strong persuasion and explanation skills
• MS Excel
• MS Word
• Email drafting

Experience Required:

• 1-4 years (Minimum 1 year mandatory)

• Graduate
