Sales Executive

Key responsibilities

• Conduct area mapping to identify potential outlets
• Work with Regional Distribution (RD) Sales Personnel to execute sales strategies
• Conduct sales calls and promote priority SKUs
• Perform account prospecting, sizing, and competitor analysis
• Prepare and submit sales, customer, and market reports
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

About you

• Preferably graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Preferably with 1–2 years of sales or business development experience; FMCG experience is an advantage
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Knowledge of territory management and sales planning
• Results-driven and able to work independently
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork
• Valid driver's license; can drive a motorcycle or four-wheel vehicle (if required)
