Sales Executive

About the role

This role splits time between the office and visiting clients on a weekly basis, with regular travel to trade shows and conferences, especially for international clients. You will develop product and service knowledge, build your reputation in technical sales, and produce results by breaking into new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Secure and renew orders and arrange deliveries
• Help clients solve problems with installed equipment without compromising the unit's integrity
• Continually enhance expertise through relevant training courses
• Travel to trade shows and conferences regularly, especially for international clients

About you

• Exceptional negotiation, argumentation and analytical skills
• Strong organization, self-management and decision-making skills
• Willingness to gain experience in your field and develop product and service knowledge
• Commitment to gaining professional qualifications to boost career prospects
• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
