Sales Executive

About the role

Execute hygo's sales plan for the Bali market in line with company growth targets. The role involves prospecting, onboarding, and maintaining customer relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners, while ensuring product availability and compliance at assigned outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prospect, approach, and onboard new customers — retailers, distributors, and channel partners across Jabodetabek
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular visits, order follow-up, and after-sales service
• Negotiate terms & conditions with retailers within approved commercial guidelines, escalating anything outside them
• Ensure product availability, listing, and display/planogram compliance at assigned outlets
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions in Bali market and report findings
• Coordinate with marketing and operations on campaigns, stock availability, and delivery
• Maintain an accurate customer database and sales pipeline; submit weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager

About you

• Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food distribution
• Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Data-literate — comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and sales reports
• Bilingual: Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written
• Owns a vehicle and a valid driver's license; willing to travel daily across Bali
• Based in Bali
