Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the building materials industry.
• Manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive customer acquisition through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and presentations to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and implement changes to increase productivity.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales or construction material sales.
• Strong understanding of CRM software and ability to use it effectively for lead generation and pipeline management.
• Proven track record of achieving target achievement through effective sales strategy development and execution.
