Roles and Responsibilities :

Job Requirements :

• Experience in real estate sales, including apartment, villa, flat, or row house sales.
• Strong communication skills in languages such as Bengali, Assamese, Hindi, or English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
• Knowledge of residential sales principles and practices.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with property sales processes and procedures.
