Sales Executive

About the role

JR-Tech Solution Sdn Bhd is looking for a Sales Executive to develop and grow new business within the F&B and SME market. You will penetrate F&B outlets, build strong client relationships, and present Total F&B Solutions including kitchen design, build, and equipment supply. You will drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and after-sales follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Aggressively develop and grow new business within the F&B and SME market
• Penetrate F&B outlets and build strong, profitable client relationships
• Present, pitch, and sell Total F&B Solutions including kitchen design, build, and equipment supply
• Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and cold approaches to closing and after-sales follow-up
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize deal value
• Work closely with marketing and internal teams to convert leads into revenue
• Track pipeline performance and deliver clear, results-focused sales reports

About you

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales success
• Experience selling to SMEs or F&B businesses is highly preferred
• Confident communicator with strong persuasion and closing ability
• Highly competitive, self-motivated, and driven by results and rewards
• Strong negotiation mindset with the resilience to handle objections and rejection
• Organized, analytical, and capable of identifying market opportunities fast
• Diploma or higher qualification in a related field
