SALES EXECUTIVE FOR ICD CHAWAPAIL (2)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Purpose/Objective

The purpose of this role is to present, promote and sell ICD Chawapail and Pristines rail, road, warehousing and other logistics services to new prospective customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Explore new markets and customers for the ICD.
• Frequent travel for customer meetings and business development.
• Gather market intelligence and develop customer specific solutions engaging multiple stakeholders, both internal & external, to attract/retain customers for the ICD.
• Prepare regular management reports and customer volume forecasts.
• Quality and Timeliness of reports and Customer Database.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Coordination with operations, customs authorities, transporters, and shipping partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management preferred but not mandatory.
• Fresh college graduates are also welcome.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Customer relationship management.
• Ability to work in a team.
