Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts to achieve sales and gross profit targets.

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, enquiries, orders and collection matters.

• Coordinate with Sales Admin, Procurement, Shipping and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Monitor market trends, customer developments and competitor activities.

• Provide sales forecasts and relevant market/customer updates to Management.

• Handle customer feedback and complaints and coordinate appropriate follow-up.

• Comply with Company policies, procedures and ISO requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years' B2B sales experience; industrial or chemical-related experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/dialects is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for customer visits within Peninsular Malaysia.
