Sales Executive

PT. Byond Tech Global is a technology company focused on developing solutions that simplify business and HR management, particularly for SMEs.

Our main product, WorkTing, is a Human Resource Management System (HRIS/SaaS) that provides Employee Management, e-Leave, e-Claim, automated payroll, and other management tools. Since its launch in 2019, WorkTing has reached 8,000+ users.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for introducing WorkTing to potential clients, understanding their needs, and supporting them throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and approach potential clients to introduce WorkTing.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or in person.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and monitor sales performance.
• Communicate customer feedback to the internal team.
• Achieve sales targets and report sales progress regularly.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3); Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or a related position.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in communicating with customers.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools.
• Experience or familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
• Good understanding of sales processes, metrics, and KPIs.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
