Sales Executive

About the role

Jarvix is a fast-growing e-payment technology company based in Hong Kong. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with sales activities. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively approach and develop new clients by promoting and selling Jarvix's POS products
• Understand merchants' needs and provide suitable product advice and recommendations
• Conduct product demonstrations and handle merchant inquiries
• Assist merchants with onboarding and POS installation
• Manage the full sales process, including preparing quotations and contract signing
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collect and share market and merchant feedback to help improve products and services
• Work closely with team members to handle cases and achieve team sales targets

About you

• 1-2 years of solid sales experience, preferably in POS, payment solutions or related industries
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Willingness to work outdoors is a must
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is highly desirable
