Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities :-

• Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
• Develop new distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate orders and ensure product availability
• Promote the company's food products and introduce new product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
• Collect market feedback and share insights with management
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Preferred candidate profile :-

• Any Graduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
• 5 years of experience in FMCG or food industry sales.
• Experience in distributor handling and retail sales preferred.
