Roles & Responsibilities
Handle online and offline inquiries from potential customers
Provide product information and explain solar system benefits
Follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed sales
Maintain customer records and update the sales report regularly
Site visits (if required)
Represent the company professionally during customer engagement
Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities
