Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities for Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation and Freight Management services

• Achieve Sales Target and Revenue growth through developing new customers.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, enhancing customer satisfaction

• Participate in identifying corporate sales planning and strategies

• Preparation and submission of proposals to customers

• Respond and follow-up on customers’ enquiries and requests

• Communicate customer expectations internally and with vendors

• Provide timely and accurate information on industry or customers’ intelligence

• Ensure customers pay within their credit terms

Requirements

• Singaporean / permanent resident only

• A diploma or degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hunter sales role, within the freight forwarding and logistics industry

• Strong understanding of freight forwarding / contract logistics / warehousing / transportation / and supply chain solutions

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage and grow client relationships
