Sales Executive

To drive business growth by finding, qualifying, and converting shippers into clients, focusing on selling company services.

Requirements & Qualifications

·       Experience: At least 1-3+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, and sales. Having base customers on hands is a plus.

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.

·       Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·       Language: Good command of English (often required for international logistics), or Chinese is a plus.

·       Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and specialized CRM/logistics tools.

·       Mobility: Often requires a driver's license and own vehicle for client visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively hunting for new B2B customers, prospecting, and closing deals to expand the client base.
• Developing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle the negotiation of the cost with ocean carriers, airliners, major co-loaders, truckers, customs brokers and other service providers.
• Preparing quotations, negotiating pricing agreements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery.
• Providing regular updates on sales performance, market conditions, and activity reports to management.
