Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and helping the company achieve its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and field visits.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with the team for delivery, billing, and after-sales support.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
