Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements, occasion, budget and style preferences
• Present suitable outfits and explain fabrics, designs, pricing and customization options
• Provide customers with a personalised and premium shopping experience
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to increase the overall sale
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer details
• Coordinate with the tailoring, alteration, billing and delivery teams
• Maintain proper product display and cleanliness of the assigned section
• Assist with stock handling and immediately report missing or damaged items
• Achieve individual and departmental sales targets
• Handle customer concerns professionally and help resolve them promptly

Preferred candidate profile

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in ethnic wear, fashion, apparel, jewellery or luxury retail
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Confident, presentable and well-groomed personality
Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively
Knowledge of Punjabi and Hindi is required; basic English is preferred
Willingness to work on weekends, holidays and during peak wedding seasons
Target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable working as part of a team
