🏢 We're Hiring: Salex Executive (Full Time) - The Stature

Looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Jakarta! You'll be the front line connecting our apartment units with customers.

What we're looking for:

• Min. Diploma/Bachelor's degree (any major, marketing/hospitality/tourism a plus)
• 1–2 years experienced in marketing, sales, or real estate
• Fluent in English, both spoken & written — a plus
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Attractive, well-groomed, and confident meeting clients
• Target-driven mindset
• Comfortable with social media & property marketplace platforms
• Honest, proactive, detail-oriented
• Available full-time, incl. weekends for unit showings when needed

What you'll do:

• Source & convert leads through online, offline, and referral channels
• Manage listings across property platforms
• Conduct unit showings & tours for prospective tenants
• Negotiate rental terms and close deals
• Build relationships with external agents & relocation agents
• Maintain tenant retention and handle lease admin
