Sales Executive

Job Purpose

To manage and maintain accurate stock records, coordinate with the sales team regarding product availability, and ensure smooth stock movement and timely fulfillment of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily records of stock received, issued, transferred, and available.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the Sales Manager about low-stock or excess-stock situations.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding product availability and order requirements.
• Prepare and maintain stock reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Verify stock information with physical stock and system records.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for stock dispatch.
• Ensure proper documentation for stock movement, transfers, and dispatches.
• Track pending orders and ensure required stock is available for sales.
• Assist the sales team in checking product codes, quantities, and availability before confirming orders.
• Support stock audits and physical verification whenever required.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Basic understanding of inventory/stock management.
• Basic knowledge of ERP.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
• Experience: 1–2 years in stock, inventory, sales coordination, warehouse, or a similar role.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
