Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and build long-term, trust-driven relationships.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right jewellery confidently.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support overall business goals.
• Clearly explain gold purity, weight, design details, and value.
• Handle customer enquiries, orders, and concerns with professionalism.
• Assist with stock handling and basic inventory management.
• Maintain clean, elegant, and well-organized jewellery displays.
• Process billing accurately using the POS system.
• Support festive promotions, sales events, and in-store activities.
• Coordinate with the team on social media activities such as product photos, reels, and customer reviews.
• Assist in branding efforts, visual presentation, and promotional initiatives.
• Support other day-to-day and miscellaneous activities as required.
