Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. Freshers with good communication skills, confidence, and basic sales knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, online platforms, references, and other sources.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate properties.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential buyers.
• Schedule and coordinate property visits/site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams to close deals.
