Sales Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS

• Professionally handles inquiries of guest from walk-in, phone-in, email, and convert them to sales immediately
• Efficiently conducts ocular inspections to guests anytime.
• Ensures enough sales kits are present during the day
• Occasionally joins the Sales Manager for sales calls to key accounts
• Ensures that all event folders are handed over to the Banquet Events are done efficiently and in a timely manner
• Monitors competitor activities by checking their website, visiting the property or calling their properties, and submits to Sales Manager on a weekly basis
• Lives One Time One Way and Guest Satisfaction Culture
• Politely welcomes and assists all guests; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assists individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
• Processes all client requests and relays messages to concerned departments in a timely manner
• Suggests Cost Saving measures to the team, since all office supplies used must be accounted for
• Assists in converting walk-in, phone-in and email leads to confirmed businesses
• Ensures that all terms and conditions are explained to the client prior to contract signing
• Performs other duties that may be occasionally assigned
