About the role

Sports Express Melaka is looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Executive to join our team and support our retail and sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide product recommendations
• Handle daily sales and retail operations
• Promote sports equipment, sportswear and accessories
• Attend to customer enquiries both in-store and online
• Prepare quotations, invoices and sales documents
• Follow up with customers and potential clients
• Assist with custom jersey, printing and sports-related orders
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well organised
• Assist with stock checking and inventory management
• Support promotional campaigns and sales activities

About you

• Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage
• Interest or knowledge in sports products is preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, confident and approachable personality
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage
