About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Sales Executive to join our growing wholesale headwear team. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for retail clients, promotional product distributors, and custom embroidery accounts, ensuring smooth order processing and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Input, process, and track wholesale headwear orders from placement through fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.
• Customer Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email regarding product availability, pricing, fabric specs, and order status.
• Sales Support: Assist senior sales representatives by preparing quotes, assembling product sample kits, and following up on client inquiries.
• Account Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date client profiles in our CRM system and re-engage existing accounts to drive repeat business.
• Product Expertise: Build a strong understanding of our headwear lineup—including caps, beanies, visors, and custom decoration options—to guide clients toward the right products.

Pay: From R5 000,00 per month
