About the role
Sales and marketing position in the FMCG/distributor sector, focused on achieving sales targets, developing new customers and outlets, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the Bandung area and surroundings.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sales activities and achieve predetermined targets
- Identify and develop new customers and outlets
- Maintain and build strong relationships with customers
- Conduct routine visits to customers and outlets
- Ensure product availability and sales in assigned areas
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions
- Prepare activity reports and sales achievement reports on a regular basis
About you
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/D3/S1 from any major
- Experience in Sales/Marketing, particularly in FMCG/distributor sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented with high motivation to achieve results
- Active, confident, disciplined, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Own vehicle and Class C driving license
- Knowledge of Bandung area and surroundings is an advantage
