Sales Executive – Women’s Clothing Store

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and experienced Sales Executive to join our women’s clothing store.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Understand customer requirements and help them choose suitable clothing and styles.
• Actively promote and sell products to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Have good knowledge of women’s fashion, fabrics, sizes, fits, and current trends.
• Assist customers in the trial room and provide suitable styling suggestions.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is neat and well-organized.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Assist with billing, stock handling, and other store operations when required.
• Keep track of new arrivals and product details.
• Work as part of the team to achieve overall store sales goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or clothing sales is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales knowledge and a positive attitude.
• Interest in women’s fashion and styling.
• Ability to confidently approach and engage with customers.
• Presentable, energetic, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of billing and inventory will be an added advantage.
