Sales Executive

About the role

This is a sales agent position focused on customer engagement and sales conversion through WhatsApp and CRM systems. You will manage customer interactions from lead follow-up through transaction closing, ensuring responsive communication and meeting daily and monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers via WhatsApp
• Follow up leads from advertisements through to transaction closing
• Input and update all customer information in the CRM system
• Ensure all customer messages are responded to quickly
• Follow up with customers who have not yet closed
• Work towards daily and monthly sales targets
• Work on a shift system, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled

About you

• Experience as a sales agent is a plus, particularly in online sales and closing via WhatsApp
• Familiar with CRM systems and sales software
• Quick to respond to messages and responsive
• Able to type quickly
• Good communication skills, friendly and persuasive
• Able to focus on targets and closing
• Have a laptop and stable internet connection to work from home
• Comfortable working with targets and performance evaluation based on response time, conversion rate, and revenue
