Sales Executive

About the role

This is a sales position within the hotel industry, focused on market development, client relationship management, and revenue generation across corporate, government, travel agent, and community segments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and develop new markets from corporate, government, travel agent, and community segments
• Develop and execute sales plans according to monthly targets set by management
• Conduct client visits (sales calls), product presentations, and negotiate offers
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat orders
• Coordinate with relevant departments (Front Office, FB Service, FB Product) to meet guest needs and organize events
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities
• Assist in implementing promotional activities, exhibitions, and hotel marketing programs
• Handle quotation requests and ensure follow-up until transaction completion
• Represent the hotel in external promotional activities and build public relations

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in a relevant field
• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel sales (fresh graduates with potential may also be considered)
• Able to operate Computer/Laptop
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target and results-oriented
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, confident, and able to work under pressure
• Attractive, neat, and professional appearance
