Sales Executive

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Day Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our telesales team, representing . In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential merchant partners, explaining product value propositions, and facilitating complete onboarding and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling to prospective merchants to introduce.
• Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable payment machine packages.
• Handle end-to-end merchant onboarding, including mandatory KYC and documentation collection.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, merchant interactions, and progress in the database.
• Achieve daily and monthly outreach and conversion targets.

Required Qualification & Experience

• Education: Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven telesales experience within a BPO/Call Center environment is mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills (Versant V4 level equivalent).
• Documentation Skills: Prior hands-on experience in verifying and managing customer documentation/KYC processes.
