- Develop and expand Franchise & Dealer networks across Kerala & Tamil Nadu.
- Identify and onboard new franchisees and dealers.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and franchise partners.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and partner support.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Manage dealer distribution and channel partner relationships, with strong knowledge of modular kitchens and shutters, to drive sales, expand the dealer network, and achieve business targets.
- Cordination with backend team.
